Payment Terms

For customers in USA

First time customers, order will ship on a C.O.D. basis. Net 30 billing on approved credit.Check, MasterCard, Visa, American Express accepted. For California customers, the Sales’ Tax is 9.75%. If you are exempt, please provide your re-sale number with order.

For International customers

All international orders are shipped on a pre-paid basis. Payment is due, in full, in US Dollars to confirm order. Payment options: bank wire transfer or credit card (Master Card VISA, or American Express).


All orders are shipped via UPS Ground, unless requested otherwise. International orders are shipped UPS Express. LGA must be notified immediately of any damages incurred in transit.

Returns / Exchanges

Returns on standard glassware are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. Please call for return authorization.No returns or exchanges on custom made glassware or quartzware.
