ALL orders must have “BILL TO” and “SHIP TO” information as well as contact name and telephone number. If ordering a custom design or glass modification, please include your print/drawing number or reference with our quote number. If ordering Skin Permeation System products, please include item number and quantity.

Payment Terms

For customers in USA:


First time customers, order will ship on a C.O.D. basis. Net 30 billing on approved credit. Check, MasterCard, and Visa accepted. For California customers, the Sales' Tax is 9.75%. If you are exempt, please provide your re-sale number with order.

For International customers:

All international orders are shipped on a pre-paid basis, in full, in US Dollars. Payment options: bank wire transfer or credit card (Master Card or VISA).

Shipping


All orders are shipped via UPS Ground, unless requested otherwise. International orders are shipped UPS Express. LGA must be notified immediately of any damages incurred in transit.

Returns / Exchanges

Returns on standard glassware are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. Please call for return authorization. No returns or exchanges on custom made glassware or quartzware.
